Job Title: HubSpot CRM Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Shift: US PST Shift (8 pm-5 am, IST)

We are looking for a HubSpot expert to take full ownership of our CRM, marketing automation, and sales pipeline systems. This role will ensure we fully leverage HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive efficiency, visibility, and growth.
Candidates with prior experience handling collections for US clients in SaaS, logistics, or healthcare tech companies will be prioritized.

Responsibilities and Duties
HubSpot Ownership
  • Act as the single point of contact for all HubSpot-related activities
  • Configure and optimize HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing & Service Hub)
  • Maintain data hygiene, workflows, and reporting accuracy
Automation & Workflows
  • Build and manage workflows for:
    • Lead assignment
    • Email automation
    • Follow-ups & reminders
    • Deal stage progression
  • Implement automation-first processes
Sales & Pipeline Management
  • Set up deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, and dashboards
  • Track conversion metrics (Lead → SQL → Closed Won)
  • Support the sales team with pipeline visibility and reporting
Marketing Enablement
  • Create and manage:
    • Email campaigns
    • Landing pages
    • Lead scoring models
  • Integrate LinkedIn + outbound workflows
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build dashboards for:
    • Revenue tracking
    • Funnel conversion
    • Campaign performance
  • Provide weekly insights to leadership
Integration & Tools
  • Integrate HubSpot with:
    • Website (Elementor/Wix)
    • LinkedIn campaigns
    • Other tools (if required)
Preferred Qualifications
  1. 2–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Sales pipelines
    • Marketing automation
    • Lead lifecycle
  • Experience with workflows, sequences, and reporting
  • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Strong communication
